Samuel Beckett Bridge over River Liffey in the center of Dublin is a modern masterpiece. Designed by Dr. Santiago Calatrava Valls, the bridge resembles a harp - it even opens to let vessels to pass.

Glendalough (in Irish Gleann Dá Loch) is a valley in Wicklow County south of Dublin, Ireland. This was taken in the monastery and its grounds. The building in the background is St. Kevin's Church (aka Kitchen), which has a unique stone roof.

The famous Temple Bar at the even more famous Temple Bar. The Irish named The Bar after the quarter in their irreverance - or did they name the quarter after the Bar? In any case, it's a landmark within a landmark, and a pretty one at that! This is a side entrance.

Howth (Irish Coast Guard Building)

Walking around Howth I saw this colorful Irish Coast Guard building in the harbor. I managed to fit the entire facade in the frame by backing all the way to the wall of the building across the street, shooting over a parked car.
